Having 22 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Oz Founded Melange, in April 2013, Melange offers a fresh catering and event experience Operating in both Salt Lake City and New York City. Oz Serves on a variety of boards such as the; Chamber West, Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, V-School among others Including the Friends nonprofit.
